At YourVirtualTasks, all payments for services are due in advance and used as a retainer against the upcoming tasks of the client based on the plan picked by the subscriber.
Any requests to alter or cancel a subscription plan must be given 30 days prior to the next payment. Since our services are non-tangible services, a refund on work completed cannot be given.
Refunds cannot be applied to gift purchases or other purchases made on behalf of the client or subscriber. YourVirtualTasks employees only officiate purchases after receiving affirmation from the client or subscriber.
Refunds issued for customer service remedies will be at the tact of the Your Virtual Tasks administration team. All refund or alteration requests should be directed through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt of an incorrectly completed task, assignment, or project that fails to meet the acceptable levels of quality for our clientele. Without an email expressing a failing in the quality of service within a week of the service being completed, a refund is solely up to the management team.
Your Virtual Tasks virtual assistants shall not be held liable for incorrect, lacking, or delayed data from subscribers.
